About The Foundation
Purpose
The Seth M Boyer foundation has been created to further advance research to ultimately find a cure for cancer, with emphasis on Juvenile Glioblastoma and Astrocytoma.
Governance
The foundation is incorporated as a Michigan 501(C)(3) Nonprofit Organization. Exceeding the requirements of Public Act 222 of 2008, the foundation is directed by a Board of 3 of directors, with no related parties. Annual reports will be filed with the State of Michigan in accordance with MCL 450.2911

Mr. Boyer currently serves as the SVP of Supply Chain for PactivEvergreen and is a partner along with his wife Charisse in a small retail business in Oxford, Michigan. He is Seth’s father. He resides in Shelby Township Michigan with his wife Charisse and daughters Ana and Lola.

Mr. Saldana is the CEO of Diversified Technologies International. He serves as the Chairman of the board for Automation Alley as well as the Grosse Point Yacht Club. Previously Kurt served as the President of Quality Metalcraft in Livonia Michigan. He resides in Washington , Michigan with his wife Kathleen.
